We are all aware of the needs in marriages and families in our church body. 

There are several systems at church that support marriages at NVNNL.
1. Marriage enrichment meetings
2. Direct pastoral counseling
3. Spiritual shelter groups
4. Emergency relief money to supplement funds for couples to attend marriage conferences sponsored by other organizations or Recovery of Hope.
5. Prayer couples who meet monthly to pray and support each other. 

(From the Mennonite Confession of Faith) We believe that God intends human life to begin in families and to be blessed through families. Even more, God desires all people to become part of the church, God's family. As single and married members of the church family give and receive nurture and healing, families can grow toward the wholeness that God intends. We are called to chastity and to loving faithfulness in marriage.
